I really have needed a tool like this to turn a number of internal business documents into fillable forms. Do not want to have to buy a typewriter to do the tasks PDF filler can do so easily. Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.

You get what you expect
What I expected from this when I signed up. It is easy to use when editing pdf files, I need to submit for my school requirements. So far, I am satisfied on what I am experiencing and giving it a 5 star.

The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

Is stamp duty on a new lease tax-deductible?
Answer: Stamp duty land tax payable on a lease renewal forms part of the incidental costs of the acquisition of the new lease and, as the lease is a capital asset, is part of the costs of acquisition falling within section 38 CGA 1992.
Are new lease costs allowable for tax?
Expenses for a let of a year or less can be deducted. The normal legal and professional fees incurred on the renewal of a lease are also allowable if the lease is for less than 50 years. But any proportion of the legal etc costs that relate to the payment of a premium on the renewal of a lease are not deductible.
Can I deduct my lease car payments from my taxes?
You can only deduct the part of your lease payments that are for the business use of the vehicle. When you choose the actual expense method, you may also be able to deduct other vehicle-related costs, such as depreciation, maintenance, repairs, gas, insurance and registration fees.
Are lease expenses tax-deductible?
Lease payments are also a deductible business expense if you are leasing a car for your trade or business. If you are using the car for business purposes and are self-employed you can still take these lease payments as deductible expenses, but the value of the deduction will change as your tax rate drops.
How much can you write off on a leased vehicle?
You can deduct the business percentage of your lease payments. For leased vehicles, the limit on the monthly lease payment that you can deduct is $800 per month plus HST, which works out to a maximum of $9,600 in expenses that are tax-deductible annually.
How is tax calculated on a lease?
For instance, when a car is purchased, the sales tax is simply added to the cost of the car and then either paid by the consumer or rolled into a loan. A lease payment is determined by subtracting the MSRP or negotiated price, minus the residual value. The car dealership will provide you with the residual value.
Is stamp duty deductible from rental income?
Unfortunately, all costs and expenses associated with the purchase of your property are treated as part of the purchase price and cannot be offset against rental income for Income Tax purposes. These include: Purchase price. Stamp duty.
Can you deduct principal payments on a rental property?
Remember that you only deduct the interest you pay on a loan to purchase or improve a rental property. You may not deduct payments of principal that is, your repayments of the amount you borrowed. The principal is ordinarily added to the basis of your property and depreciated over 27.5 years.
