I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

I am sorry…..I am having a hard time. It is completely my own fault. And that is because I am computer illiterate. So I am trying to learn this stuff for the first time completely on my own. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction. I already tried to watch You Tube. But it didn’t quite help. I am a total newbie. Beyond a newbie even, I guess. So sad….

Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

Recommended for easy and trustworthy service
I was searching for a safe and efficient way to convert a few PDF file on the internet when I came across pdffiller.com and next thing i did was get a subscription since the tools I used was so helpful and seamless. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
