Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

Great for filling out PDF's - great User interface, providing all requirements for filling out forms (ie. Ticks, Crosses, Circles) all easily resizeable along with text.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need eSignatures, this is the program to go with.

Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

The support team at PDFFiller is top notch. They always respond promptly and professionally and even accept suggestions for improvement of the software. I personally am amazed at the evolution of this product over the last 7 or 8 years.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.
