We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.
