I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it.
I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

tried other pdf filling apps and this was my favorite in terms of it being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. customer service was able to assist me with a problem I had right away and saved me alot of time. thank you. 5 stars.

Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.

Why is my Gmail not sending PDF files?
The problem is with GMAIL. It will always occur if you have 2 different GMAIL or Google accounts open on your computer at the same time. Close them both, open the gmail account you wish to send the attachment with and only that account, and it should up load fine.
How do I send files from my phone to Gmail?
Attach a file On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app . Tap Compose . Tap Attach . Tap Attach file or Insert from Drive. Choose the file you want to attach.
