More than what it says on the tin I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business. The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use. I can't think of anything about the software that I don't like

You can transfer a vehicle title online through NeedTags.com in three easy steps, or you may choose to perform your title transfer in-person at a DMV office or local DMV service provider. A local provider will have very little or no wait time. A service fee will apply.
First, the seller has to release ownership of the car by signing the title. The buyer then takes the signed title to the DMV, and the state issues a new registration and title. Some states might require additional paperwork to complete the process, such as a bill of sale or a transfer of ownership form.
The procedures for transferring ownership are similar to buying or selling a car: the donor must include the odometer disclosure on the title, both parties must sign and date the title, and the recipient must go to the DMV and apply for a new title in his/her name and pay the transfer fee.
Texas Motor Vehicle Transfer Notification *PREFERRED METHOD* If possible, we highly recommend completing forms online instead of by mail, so you may easily save and print out a copy for your records that includes a date/timestamp. Also, when completed online, a receipt can be printed ensuring it's been received.
The title fee is $33, plus motor-vehicle sales tax (6.25 percent). There is also a $2.50 transfer of a current registration fee. If the license is not current, there may be a registration fee. The Texas DMV title transfer process also involves proof of Texas auto insurance, an odometer disclosure (if your vehicle is younger than 10 years), proof of paid sales tax, and payment of Texas title fees and taxes.
Transfer the title within 20 working days. By law, the necessary documents for the title and registration of a vehicle must be filed within 30 days from the date of sale to avoid penalties.
It's rare, but it can happen. When you buy a vehicle from a private seller, you take the transferred title to your local DMV and register the car in your name. All the paperwork is taken care of for you if you buy from a dealer. Sometimes a private seller will sell his or her car, but the buyer won't ever register it.
