easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

PDF FIller was an answer to many questions. Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier. We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents. Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

PDFfiller is great! My experience with PDFfiller is positive. I would recommend it to anyone. I love how easy this software is to use. It doesn't require training or use of manuals. I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this software. It pretty much does the trick in helping my day to day work load.

Easy process and good program with a nice free trial, just not able to fit in my budget. Easy process, user-friendly, quick and efficient. I like that it let me trial it for a few days. I just don't have the money for a subscription right now and only needed to use it this one time.

Who Pays Transfer Taxes: Buyer or Seller? Depending on the location of the property, the transfer tax can be paid either by the buyer or seller. The two parties must determine which side will cover the cost of the transfer tax as part of the negotiation around the sale.
In California, the seller traditionally pays the transfer tax. Depending on local market conditions, transfer taxes can become a negotiating point during closing. For instance, in a strong seller's market, the seller may have multiple offers and will likely find a buyer who agrees to pay the transfer tax.

Buyer closing costs are what the buyer is responsible for paying other than the purchase price of the property. Transfer Taxes: 0 percent to 2 percent. These are state- and municipality-specific taxes due to transfer the deed of the property in that location, and can be paid by buyer or seller or split between the two.
Generally, the seller is the party liable for paying real estate transfer taxes, but this isn't always the case. Sometimes the buyer pays all or part of this tax as well.
HOA transfer fees are typically $500 or less and are almost always paid by the seller.

Each municipality in Nova Scotia sets their own land transfer tax (also known as Deed Transfer Tax), which can vary from 0.5% to 1.5% of the purchase price. For homes in the Halifax area, the land transfer tax is 1.5%.
