If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

Necessity for obtaining digital signatures
PDFfiler has helped my business be more efficient.
There are a lot of features that I enjoyed using from this software. I like the ability to edit the pdf file, link to fill feature, and how this stores the documents.
Navigating the pdf editing mode was confusing at first. Customer service helped me with this. I don't like how the text cuts off (writing information in the box that leads to scrolling) when printing (you can see the whole box). I have had issues when converting a pdf file to word; formatting is weird. I found myself wasting time trying to fix it.

Do you need a permit to close up a window?
A Usually you do need a building permit, unless your window replacement is simply swapping out the sashes (the movable parts). Once you touch the opening itself, or replace the entire window (frame and all), you usually have to get a permit.
Do you need to permit for Windows?
Whether you need a permit or not depends on the actual extent of the work which will be involved. Replacement of windows can be as simple as replacing the existing windows with inserts that are installed directly in the existing frame of the old window. A permit is not required for this type of window replacement.
Do I need a permit to change a window to a door?
Replacing a window doesn't need a permit. Upgrading your window to a door does. Your home may fail inspection if you have a change that does not have an associated permit on hand, and this could result in the next buyer not being able to get a loan.
