Overall, GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools.
GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools and variety of options and the great part is online.
A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.

Well time saving. instead of many back & forth conversions to & from word to PDF I could just edit save & forward. I just need to know or investigate on file download?

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

What is a separation agreement and release?
An employment separation agreement, sometimes known as an employee separation agreement or a separation and release agreement, sets out the terms of an employee's separation from a company. The terms of this Agreement are the product of mutual negotiation and compromise between Company and Employee.
Is a separation agreement the same as being fired?
Employers can use a separation agreement with employees who are fired or laid off. They're also known as termination agreements. Release of claims for employment. Employment separation agreements. And severance agreements.
What is the difference between termination and separation?
A separated employee is one who leaves an employment situation for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary. A terminated employee is involuntarily let go, usually because of poor performance or lack of work.
Is terminated employee entitled to separation pay?
In termination for authorized causes, separation pay is the amount given to an employee terminated due to installation of labor-saving devices, redundancy, retrenchment, closure or cessation of business or incurable disease. Separation pay may also be granted to an illegally dismissed employee in lieu of reinstatement.
What happens if you don't sign a separation agreement?
Although you don't have to sign a severance agreement, your employer may make it a condition of receiving severance pay. However, in most cases, an employer is free to condition severance on the employee signing the agreement. In other words, if the employee refuses to sign, the employee won't get any severance pay.
Should I sign a separation agreement?
If an employer says you must sign a separation agreement in order to get your last paycheck, they are in violation of the law, and could be in serious trouble. In the USA, all sorts of things might be included in a separation agreement, but the only things that are enforceable are those that comport with the law.
What is a severance agreement and release?

Can I sue if I signed a severance agreement?
If your severance agreement included a release, you may have given up the right to sue your former employer. Some employers offer severance to employees who lose their jobs. Often, however, employees who want a severance package have to sign a release or waiver, by which they give up their right to sue the company.
