What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

I love it I love it! I am a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have had to learn how to teach online. This program allows me to give feedback directly on the page for each student, as well as create and personalize assignments. It's been a lifesaver!

What do you like best? Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction. What do you dislike? Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

Trim all the backing paper as much as possible. Soak the stamp in warm water until the paper is soft. Using a dull edge (think thing nail) gently scrape the paper off the back of the stamp. You will not get all of it off.
Don't peel THEM! Cut or tear the envelope around the stamps. Float the stamps face up in cool water. Soak for one hour or until the stamps separate from the paper. Lay the stamps face down on white paper towels. Cover with more paper and press flat under something heavy (like books) for several hours until dry.
Place them, stamp side up, in a few inches of lukewarm water in a shallow bowl (make sure the water is not HOT as it may damage the stamps). Don't soak too many at one time, they should have room to float. And, if you are soaking a lot of stamps be sure to change your water after two or three batches.
Start by cutting the corner with the stamp off the envelope with scissors. Place the stamp in a bowl of warm water to soak for 10 minutes. This should melt the glue and remove it from the envelope. Once the stamp separates from the paper, place it on a paper towel in a dry place, like an unheated oven, overnight.
