We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.

How long does it take to get a settlement after separation?
With some exceptions, separating parties must commence proceedings for a Property Settlement (bring a Court Application) within twelve months of their Divorce, for a married couple and for a defect couple, within two years of their separation.

Yes. Said differently, upon the filing of a motion, the Court can set aside a Mediation Agreement. The most common reason would be fraud or duress.
Can you rescind a settlement agreement?
A settlement is a contract between the parties to a lawsuit that ends the case without a trial. Once the parties reach a settlement agreement, it becomes a binding contract, which can only be rescinded for limited reasons, such as fraud by one of the parties. However, a settlement offer is just that -- an offer.
Can a divorce settlement be changed?
Changes Before A Settlement Is Finalized Usually, two people enter into a divorce settlement after attending a mediation, or after negotiations between their attorneys. However, it is easier to rescind a divorce agreement before it is entered into the divorce decree than it is to change it afterward.
How long does it take for a judge to sign off on a settlement?
Generally, it should take a week or two to get the settlement agreement to your attorney from the other side. When everyone has signed, your settlement must be approved by a Workers' Compensation judge, which can take up to two weeks.
