I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Would like it if curser could "snap" to alignment, both vertical and horizontal, and then being able to maybe 'nudge' characters after typing using arrow keys. The red dashed line is very helpful, but getting things looking perfectly aligned takes careful precision with the mouse.

Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word.
When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

I like it but only need to fill in a few forms a year so it's not cost efficient for me. I would pay if the pricing were different. Instead I'll just unsubscribe.

It is very easy to upload your documents and input the proper information.
Sometimes it can be difficult to download the finished document.

Easy to Use
It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one.
I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well.
I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

Great for Work!
Great for work, especially if you deal with a lot of documents, forms etc. Good for making templates, stitching documents together, creating packets, getting forms out for people to fill. Great that you can fax your documents right from the web interface... makes life a lot easier.
