It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Very user-friendly. Great solution to making PDFs fillable on your computer and sending them online rather than hand filling them and having to scan them. Excellent product!

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! How to Set Up Feature Certificate in pdfFiller
To set up the Feature Certificate feature in pdfFiller, follow these steps:

Click on the 'Settings' tab at the top right corner of the page.

In the left sidebar, click on 'Feature Certificates'.

Click on the 'Create New Certificate' button.

Enter a name for your certificate in the 'Certificate Name' field.

Choose the type of certificate you want to create from the 'Certificate Type' dropdown menu.

Upload the certificate file by clicking on the 'Choose File' button.

If necessary, enter a password for the certificate in the 'Password' field.

Click on the 'Save' button to create the certificate.
