I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.

What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.
