At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Locating forms is a little…
Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

Easy to use!
Easy to upload files and edit them. Can add text, check boxes and even add wet signatures. All files kept in one place and can be easily downloaded back to my documents once edited!

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!
