It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. So far I have only used it to print the current W2 forms for my employees but it has been really convient. I like the numerous ways you can fill our forms and love the signature features. So far, so good.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
