I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful!
It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible.
You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.
With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands.
As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. How do I send documents to the marketplace?
Do not send original documents: Send photocopies only. Include your printed bar code page. It's on the last page of your eligibility notice. If you don't have a bar code, include your printed name and the application ID. Mail documents to this address: Health Insurance Marketplace. Attn: Supporting Documentation.
How do I submit documents to the marketplace?
Log into your Marketplace account. Under Your Existing. Click Application Details in the menu on the left side. Choose a document type. From the drop-down menu. Click Select File to Upload. Locate and select the document on your computer. Click Upload.
Can you fax documents to the marketplace?
You can submit documents online or by mail. But uploading is the fastest and easiest way to get them to us. We can't accept documents by email or fax.
What qualifies you for a special enrollment period?
You qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you've had certain life events, including losing health coverage, moving, getting married, having a baby, or adopting a child. Depending on your Special Enrollment Period type, you may have 60 days before or 60 days following the event to enroll in a plan.
What is a qualifying event for special enrollment?
A qualifying event is an event that triggers a special enrollment period for an individual or family to purchase health insurance outside the regular annual open enrollment period.

Is qualifying for Medicare a qualifying event?
Being eligible to enroll in Medicare does not constitute being entitled to Medicare. Although a loss of coverage occurs when employees voluntarily remove themselves from the health plans, the reason (attaining other coverage, including Medicare) is not considered a qualifying event.
