Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.

pdFiller worked great for filling out immigration forms that wouldn't let me fill in blank spaces that my regular pdf editor wouln't let me.
