I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

we have accidentally deleted some forms and we couldn't find it, but our overall experience is great

need to pay upgrade to get certain function, like just directly download the filled form from my clients

PDFfiller was easy to use.
PDFfiller allowed me to edit and submit my application easily without much effort.
PDFfiller allowed me to move the curser to start typing over the form questions. While this was not a hindrance it did take time to get the curser back to where it needed to be to complete the application. This small flaw was not enough to prevent me from using the application.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I wish more companies were as quick and understanding as these guys. Will definitely not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to people. Thankyou so much!
