How long do I have to submit a travel voucher?
General. All claims must be submitted within 5 days of return to or arrival at the PDS. In the case of extended TRY, the traveler must submit a claim for each 30-day period. That claim must be submitted within 5 days after each 30-day period.
How long does it take for a travel voucher to be paid?
In my experience, if you file your voucher correctly, and it doesn't get kicked back for anything, it will take 3-5 days for the voucher to be marked “PAID” and then another 24-48 hours for the money to hit my bank account.
How long does it take DIAS to process a payment?
Your first CRC monthly payment should be processed in 30 to 45 days after we receive your approval letter from your branch of service. In some cases, additional information, research or computation is required. These cases require more time.

How do I know if my DTS voucher is approved?
Check document status by logging in to DTS. Go to “Official Travel” vouchers or authorization, and then look in the “Sort by Status” column. Or, go to the digital signature page within the document. If you can access to DTS, contact your Defense Travel Administrator (DTA) to check the status of your document.
What is advice of payment?
payment advice note. A note sent to a vendor or buyer that outlines the methods of payment that will be accepted. For example, a customer who subscribes to a free trial copy of a magazine may receive a payment advice note after the free trial is complete.

Vouchers received April 1 are being processed for payment today (allow 3-5 business days for payment to post in your financial institution account). Travel vouchers are processed in the order they are received.
