I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in".
Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix.
Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it.

I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! This program/software is very user friendly. When I started my 30 day trial, I just couldn't believe how comfortable I felt using this program. I'm very happy with it. I am happy that I was invited to a webinar, this will help me master the program.

Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.

It's kind of quirky, because I[m not familiar with pdfFiller and it just pops up all of a sudden out of nowhere, so I don't know where to begin.
