PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.
