Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

What do you like best?
I love that I don't need to hurt my brain trying to learn how to complete a simple task on PDFfiller. Everything is right where I need it and very easy to use. All the functions I need are right at the top and do exactly what I would expect. I like that it is web based and that I can access save documents anywhere if I am not at my computer.
What do you dislike?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. I did some research before using this program and it fit my needs better than anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for anyone who does not have access to a employer issued PDF document editor. It has all the functions of their competitors however I find it much easier to use and navigate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have access to document signing software through my employer. So now I am able to create fillable PDFs, Sign and Date documents without having to print out and scan into my email. It makes tasks quick and easy.

The fact that I can immediately edit a document and fax it to the right person.
What do you dislike?
It's often difficult for the recipient to make the changes, or understand the steps to signing, initialing a document.

The support team at PDFFiller is top notch The support team at PDFFiller is top notch. They always respond promptly and professionally and even accept suggestions for improvement of the software. I personally am amazed at the evolution of this product over the last 7 or 8 years.

Default At Company I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe. I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

My experience with PDFfiller has been nothing but win after win! At first i was worried i wasn't going to be able to sign without the help of a third party app, but, wouldn't you know? great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.
