This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.

I am having some trouble navigating. I want to bring back 2 copies of a form which I printed but want now to make minor corrections. Can't seem to find the way bac. Maybe I did not save them properly

Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.
