I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
USD is the international currency code established by the ISO to represent the American dollar. It is composed of the country code (US ), followed by the letter "D" for "dollar.” Write the dollar figure first, followed by a non-breaking space and the code: 350 000 USD.
1: Note the hyphen (or the minus sign) in “sixty-seven" above. Technically, it's correct to hyphenate compound numbers between twenty-one, 21, and ninety-nine, 99. 2: Placement of word “and": in American English do not use the word “and" after "hundred", "thousand" or "million”.
Currency symbol is used as shorthand for a currency's name, especially referring to amounts of money. It is a graphic symbol which typically employs the first letter or character of the currency, sometimes with minor changes.
So merchants devised a simple and obvious shorthand: P for peso (when plural, PS). And because the US dollar was named after the Spanish peso de echo dollar coin, the same peso symbol was ultimately used to refer to pesos and dollars both. And that is why the dollar sign is an S with a line through it.
If you are writing out an amount in euros, use the currency symbol or euro sign . Note that the symbol goes before the amount and that there is no space between them (e.g. 50).
You can write the amount in words by writing the number of whole dollars first, followed by the word 'dollars'. Instead of the decimal point, you will write the word 'and,' followed by the number of cents, and the word 'cents'. If you want, you can write out the numbers using words too.
The Americans inherited it from the British, who placed the £ before the number since the Norman conquest. The system was called ASDsd , and the names are from the Latin (librae, sold, denarii). The s and d always went after; the A£ could be placed either before or after depending on who was writing.
The pound sign is placed before the number (e.g. “£12,000") and separated from the following digits by no space or only a thin space.
The Currency format and the Accounting format in Excel are very similar to each other. The Currency format places the dollar sign right next to the number. 3. The Accounting format aligns the dollar signs at the left edge of the cell and displays a dash for zero values.

Like the Currency format, the Accounting number format is designed for numbers with currency symbols. The Accounting format places parentheses around all negative numbers by default. Let's set decimal places to zero. As with Number and Currency formats, we can also adjust decimal places up and down on the ribbon.
The standard accounting format in Excel contains up to two decimal points, a thousand separator, and locks the dollar sign to the extreme left half of the cell. Negative numbers are shown in enclosures.
