I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Kara was of great assistance working through my billing question today. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to explore all avenues before I realized that the expense about which I was inquiring was charged by another company, not pdfFiller. She was extremely polite and patient.

I love that I can fill out forms and save them fax them from here and really anything I need to do in one area. I hate that it cost so much cause I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the money to keep it I can only use it for the free 39 days.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.
