I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Used to convert images into fillable forms for custom label making
We used this software to create a fillable form from an image, and ultimately the form was printed as a custom label. These labels were used for organizing incoming shipments of samples in a research lab. The online software was very convenient to use, since no downloads were required. The form was very easy and quick to create, and very easy to share once completed. A 10 minute solution has saved invaluable time in our lab.
My favorite feature was the ability to add custom fillable fields to an image. There were lots of options: text, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc. that you could customize and drop anywhere on the form that you wanted.
There was a bit of a learning curve to creating new forms and saving them. I wasn't sure where exactly to go to retrieve forms I had already started on. Once I got the hang of it, though., it was pretty easy to manage.

Completed what I needed done. The reason for 4 stars is because you force people to sign up for a monthly subscription versus just charging for the one time use of the feature.
