Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways
Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.

How do you share rent fairly?
Simply measure each bedroom (including closet areas and bathroom, if private to that bedroom), add up the square footage and calculate what percentage of total bedroom space each roommate will have. Apply that percentage to the total rent, and you'll have each roommate's rent share.
How is shared rent calculated?
To get an accurate breakdown, take the square footage of each bedroom and divide by the total square footage of the apartment. This gives you the percentage of space each room occupies. Take each individual percentage and apply it to the total cost of rent.
How do you split rent in a shared house?
Split it buy floor space. One of the simplest methods of calculating the rent split is by floor space. The bigger room pays more, the smaller room less! You'll need to do some measuring or get your hands on the floor plan, then divide the total rent by the number of square feet to give you the cost per square foot.
How do you calculate daily rent?
Manual Calculation To calculate the rent per day, divide the total monthly rent by the number of days in the month, then multiply by the number of days you'll be paying for. For example, if the rent is $800 per month, and the month you will move in has 31 days: 800 divided by 31 = $25.81 per day.
