Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' If there is a way to add your logo I could not find it... then again I didn't look either so...this might not be accurate.
So easy to use. extremely user-friendly. The benefits are that you get to create any type of form you need and customize it to fit your needs. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. How does split disbursement work?
Answer: Split disbursement is a process of dividing a travel voucher reimbursement between the traveler and the charge card vendor (City) to assist with timely payment of their GCC. The balance designated to go to each is sent directly to the appropriate party.

How long does it take for DTS payment?
This means DTS has transmitted the voucher amount to the pay system and the payment should show up in your account in about 2-5 days (between 08/03/12 and 08/06/12) depending on weekends and such. Make sure your bank info is correct in DTS otherwise it will be an issue getting that money to you quickly.
How do I schedule a partial payment in DTS?
Simply go to the Additional Options > Partial Payments section of your authorization. If your TRY is over 45 days, select the Scheduled Partial Payments button. DTS takes care of the rest and displays the details of your partial payments (e.g., payment dates, payment amounts).

Vouchers received April 1 are being processed for payment today (allow 3-5 business days for payment to post in your financial institution account). Travel vouchers are processed in the order they are received.

In my experience, if you file your voucher correctly, and it doesn't get kicked back for anything, it will take 3-5 days for the voucher to be marked “PAID” and then another 24-48 hours for the money to hit my bank account.
