They have very quick and responsive customer service. I was greatly relieved to have my issue resolved in a very timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.

How do I read kernel logs?

What is a kernel log?
Description. Klogd is a system daemon which intercepts and logs Linux kernel messages.
Where can I find Kernel Logs?
This log file can be found at /var/log/DRESG and gets reset on every boot, you may not actually see any use in it now, but if you were to ever have issues with something during boot up or a hardware issue, DRESG is the best place to look. You can also view this log using the DRESG command.
What is the use of VAR log messages?
