Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

What do you like best?
I am able to send documents out for a signature and receive them back signed during a Zoom Video Conference.
What do you dislike?
I wish it was compatible with our personal case management software program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have E-signatures on the original documents and not having to use multiple copies.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. How do you standardize an address?
The USPS determines the official format for addresses in the United States. The USPS defines a standardized address as “one that is fully spelled out, abbreviated by using the Postal Service standard abbreviations or as shown in the current Postal Service ZIP+4 file.”

How do I register a new address with the post office?
