I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Its a little bit hard to email the documents back to yourself after the conversion - otherwise, this is a great website for document alterations and conversions. Easy to use, great variation of different tools and mediums.

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.
