Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

What does the percent mean on nutrition facts?
Percent Daily Value (DV) on the Nutrition Facts label is a guide to the nutrients in one serving of food. For example, if the label lists 15% for calcium, it means that one serving provides 15% of the calcium you need each day.
What is the maximum daily value that is considered low?
A general rule is that a Percent Daily Value of 5 percent or less is considered low and 20 percent or more is high. If you consume more than one serving be sure to adjust the daily values depending on how much you consume.
What HDV is considered high?
Use HDV to determine if a serving of the food is high or low in an individual nutrient. As a general guide: 5% DV or less of a nutrient per serving is considered low. 20% DV or more of a nutrient per serving is considered high.
