I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

I am about to try a "big" project: i.e. preparing a Pre-printed PDF format Quit Claim Deed. If PDFfiller doesn't work I will have to invest in a typewriter. I'll update this again if I can when I have finished.

This is the only app I can erase and…
This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

Easy to use!
Service was easy to sign up for and use. There were clear menu bars showing the tools and how to use them to edit my PDF files. Would recommend to others, would keep the service if I didn't already have the full paid version of Adobe PDF I only needed this one time on a computer other than my own or would have continued my subscription.
