I used PDF filler to complete a URLA form because the one I was sent by a loan officer was so small I couldn't fit the information in it. It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.
