Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.

A Great Product to create PDF documents
Having client's sign documents and creating forms.
The ability to create, fill and sign PDF documents was the best part about this software for me, personally.
I thought it was worth every penny and I also thought it was beneficial to have a free trial initially as well.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

How do you tick a PDF?
Click on the PDF where you want to enter the tick mark. Change the “Add a text comment” drop-down font to Wingdings. Hold down the Alt key and press 0252 on the number keypad. Release the Alt key.
How do you mark something in PDF?
Select the Highlight Text tool from the Comment & Markup toolbar. Drag over the text that you want highlighted. The text is now highlighted.
