Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

Much easier to use than Adobe and hours…
Much easier to use than Adobe and hours of frustration. I tried pdfFiller for my business and within a few minutes .had a PDF fillable PDF created.

What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

What is link certificate?
Assumption: A link certificate is used, when an old certificate is replaced by a new one. The link certificate is the new certificate signed with the old private key. So that with the old public key, the new certificate could be verified.
How does a certificate work?
SSL certificates have a key pair: a public and a private key. These keys work together to establish an encrypted connection. This process creates a private key and public key on your server. The CSR data file that you send to the SSL Certificate issuer (called a Certificate Authority or CA) contains the public key.
What is in a certificate?
A certificate contains a public key. The certificate, in addition to containing the public key, contains additional information such as issuer, what the certificate is supposed to be used for, and other types of metadata. Typically, a certificate is itself signed by a certificate authority (CA) using CA's private key.
