This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

I'm impressed with PDFfiller but I think there could be more options of background colours of the textbox, including different shades within each color.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

IRS Filing Made Easy
This service ability to work with the IRS is it's most valuable quality for me. I want to fill out documents quickly and file quickly. I believe this service with allow me to do that.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

What happens if I don't use my book voucher?
If you decide not the use the voucher, you will receive the funds in the form of a financial aid refund, which you may use to purchase your books/supplies. Refund processing can take up to two weeks after the last shopping day.
How does a book voucher work?
A book voucher allows you to charge your books to your student account prior to your financial aid being disbursed. The Enrollment Service Center will determine the amount you that you are eligible to charge based on the amount of financial aid awarded and your tuition charges.
How do you get a book voucher?
To receive a book voucher, you must authorize the use of your financial aid for bookstore charges, and your anticipated financial aid must be greater than your tuition, fees, and other charges. The book voucher allows you to charge against the remaining financial aid.
