Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

What is the typical warranty period for a scanner?
The warranty delivered is dependent upon scanner type. Details may vary from country to country. Within the U.S., the standard equipment warranty typically includes a 90-day warranty on parts and labor and also includes shipping, on-site visits as necessary, first-available response time and priority scheduling.
