Streamlined, user-friendly app
It's super easy to upload PDFs and edit them however you need to, including adding an authorized signature. I'm very pleased with this service.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

How do you sum up numbers?
=SUM(ABOVE) adds the numbers in the column above the cell you're in. =SUM(LEFT) adds the numbers in the row to the left of the cell you're in. =SUM(BELOW) adds the numbers in the column below the cell you're in. =SUM(RIGHT) adds the numbers in the row to the right of the cell you're in.
How do you sum a column?
In a worksheet, tap the first empty cell after a range of cells that has numbers, or tap and drag to select the range of cells you want to calculate. Tap AutoSum. Tap Sum. Tap the check mark. You're done!
