I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

Easy to use
I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software.
At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

I wish you could download your fillable form to a website with all features included
You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.
I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.

What is the max percentage child support can take in California?
The state places no cap on the amount of child support a paying parent must pay each month. Instead, it's based solely on the amount of income both parents make each month, the amount the greater-earning parent earns, and the parenting/custody time of each parent.

Garnishment Limits for Unpaid Child Support Up to 50% of your disposable earnings may be garnished to pay child support if you're currently supporting a spouse or a child who isn't the subject of the order. If you aren't supporting a spouse or child, up to 60% of your earnings may be taken.

If a person has child support arrears, a lien can be placed on their personal injury settlement. If this happens, the individual may be unable to access their personal injury settlement funds until their back child support is paid.
