We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to…
I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to anyone who would like to create any type of document legal or not. I did my will and a lease with the wizard and they both came out so professional looking it was like they were prepared by an attorney. They have bill of sale receipts and anything else you can imagine needing as well. I am so glad I found this site and hope this review helps someone decide to give it a try also. I never leave reviews but felt this deserved one.

Fill out your court forms. Fill out: Sign the stipulation. Both parents must sign the Stipulation and Order for Custody and/or Visitation of Children (Form FL-355. Have your forms reviewed. Make at least 2 copies of all your forms. Get the judge's signature on your stipulation. File your forms with the court clerk.
How much does it cost to file a parenting plan?
The costs involved in establishing a parenting plan include a filing fee of $200-$250, photocopying fees, and (possibly) fees for service (delivering the papers to the other parent or other parties). If you cannot afford the filing fee, you may use a special form which may let you file without paying the filing fee.

How long do parenting plans last?
A temporary parenting plan or custody agreement contains information about where your child will live and how you and the other parent will care for your child during the divorce proceedings.
