I'm sure the service is extremely useful to the computer literates, but I'm not one of them. Although it's not rocket science, I'm old fashioned and was hoping to talk to someone and walk me through it over the phone. Not a bad experience though...

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

What do you like best?
The amount of tools avaliable gives a lot of possibilities working a PDF Doc. Its been very usefull to me. And its online! You could access the tool anywhere! I like the fact that it brings a possibility of working any kind of PDF doc.
What do you dislike?
I consider the price is a bit expensive. And sometimes I have a little difficulty changing the size of images included in a document, maybe this feature could be improved.

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. Your product is excellent and if you could scrap the 30 days free trial and create a subscription for 1 week or 2 weeks access for under 2pounds and also give referral bonuses, I think it would be profitable for you.

How do I convert tickets to PDF?
View your HTML tickets in your web browser. Go to the file menu then select 'Save as' or 'Print'. Find the option to print to or save as a PDF. Click 'Save'. Name the file and save it in a folder or on your desktop.

Can I sell hard copy tickets with Tickets? Unfortunately, we do not accept tickets that are hard-copy (or physical) or a scan or photo of a ticket. Neither of these are processable as we need the original PDF or. Pkpass in order to send the tickets directly to the buyer.
