Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.

Ease of changing a PDF to suit a particular need and/or make corrections to a PDF to present to a different customers
What do you dislike?
Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

Kara to the rescue
I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!
