The website works really well
The website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). Customer service is outstanding.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. How do I convert tickets to PDF?
View your HTML tickets in your web browser. Go to the file menu then select 'Save as' or 'Print'. Find the option to print to or save as a PDF. Click 'Save'. Name the file and save it in a folder or on your desktop.

Can you sell hard copy tickets on Tickets?
Can I sell hard copy tickets with Tickets? Unfortunately, we do not accept tickets that are hard-copy (or physical) or a scan or photo of a ticket. Neither of these are processable as we need the original PDF or. Pkpass in order to send the tickets directly to the buyer.
