I was very upset at the beginning but after contacting customer support the problems were resolved and
and I am happy I was able to complete my forms for my disabled grandson.

My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good product so far for my needs, but I'll make a final decision towards the end of my trial version.

Great app! I use it fill out and sign forms online. Before PDFfiller, I had to download, print, fillout and then scan completed forms to retain a digital copy.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.
