I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. ITS PRETTY GREAT, THERE ARE A FEW FEATURES I WOULD LIKE, INCLUDING AN ONLINE MANUAL AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE TEXT BOXES ONCE THEY ARE FILLED OUT. THERE COULD ALSO BE AN ABILITY TO PAY PER FORM AS I PROBABLY WON'T BE FILLING OUT PDFS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

What do you like best?
I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

So far I am really liking pdfFiller
So far I am really liking pdfFiller. It's simple to use and has many tools at your finger tips that makes filling out paperwork even easier when you can't get ink for your printer, or you own your business where filling out important documents just looks much neater when done on computer than your own chicken scratch.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that…
I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
