I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

Great customer service and solid product. I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time. Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time. Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle. Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn. I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

How do I turn on the voicemail transcription?

Log into the Voice Manager. Go to Settings. Go to Messages Settings. Turn Messaging On. Turn Transcription On. Once Transcription is turned on, your voicemails will be transcribed as text. To access your messages, select Messages in the Voice Manager.

How do I turn my voicemail into a text message?

Open the Phone app. Tap Voicemail on the bottom right of your screen. Tap a voicemail message. A paragraph of text should appear just above the play button.

How do you turn on voicemail to text on iPhone?

Open your Phone app. Tap on the “Voicemail” tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap on any recent voicemail to transcribe it. The transcription will soon be made available and should immediately appear after tapping on it from now on.

Can you download voicemails from Android?

Saving voicemails on an Android Open your Voicemail app. Tap, or tap and hold the message you want to save. In the menu that appears, tap the one that says save, export, or archive. Select the storage location in your phone you would like the message to go to, and tap Ok or Save.

Can I print a voicemail from my iPhone?

Step 1: Open the Phone app on your iPhone. Step 2: Tap on the Voicemail tab at the bottom. Step 3: Select the voicemail message that you'd like to save and tap the Share icon. Step 4: Choose Messages, Mail or Airdrop from the Share menu.
