App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

How is Spa calculated?
SPA age is calculated by subtracting the number of days the petition was pending from the applicant's age on the date an immigrant visa becomes available to the applicant. Applicant must seek to acquire lawful permanent residence within 1 year of the visa becoming available.
Does SPA apply to f4?
The same guidance and calculations from the previous section apply to you, except that you will be checking preference categories F1, F3, and F4 in the Visa Bulletin. What happens if the child is over 21 when the parent naturalizes but the child's SPA adjusted age is under 21?
If the child is over 21 on that date, using his adjusted or SPA age, he will have converted to the F-2B category and will be forced to wait many more years.
