I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I love the PDF Filler. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when editing the font changes from the original font on the form that I am trying to edit.

I used pdfFiller to downloand an complete an application. It was seamless, and worked as expected. More importantly, I realized I had little use for this app on a longterm basis.I cancelled (incompletely, it turns out) my trial subscription online.A month later I received notice that my 1 year subscription had been processed.Fortunately two of the technicians came to my assistance, on a Sunday, no less.They cancelled my subscription and confirmed the action with me.I was very impressed with their response, and commend the company for which they work!

Amazing customer service, very fast response time
I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.
